For several years now, I've been writing about creativity and imagination. Naturally, these involve EXPRESSION. A person can't just sit there for very long without finding a way to express himself/herself.
Expression is a way of moving out into the world, at a level beyond the ordinary day-to-day actions and routines. It is extremely healthy, because it involves the projection of energy.
